The shock and anger that the community is feeling towards the price isnt because new players are getting the core game “free” its that the price of the expansions, ESPECIALLY based on the content weve seen, is not worth nearly the $50 price tag.

Long term players spent $60 on the game, minimum of $50 for gems and now a minimum of $50 for expansion.
New players spend a minimum of $50 for everything.

Explain to me how that looks…

Long term players got their money worth with the $60 price tag. There is a ton of content in the core game. If you spent money on gems then that was your choice and you got something you enjoyed from it, I would assume or why would you buy them?!

Yeah $50 is a big rip off for the content we are getting but if they added enough content to make that $50 worth it then why not give the core game to new players for free? I dont see anything wrong with it because I lose nothing.
