That’s the boss fight one? I don’t have it myself, but I believe you go to where the spider-farm used to be outside the Verdant Brink Itzel village. Climb or glide onto the high point of that plateau and talk to the guy there (he has an “Itzel Vendor” icon you can see on the map and over his head, but does not sell anything).
