My account is linked SMS and still unable to use black market or trade gold for gems. I’ve been f2p about a month prior to buying the expansion through Anet. Whats left to secure???

There’s a period of time where paid accounts are limited to reduce the impact of gold sellers. You’ll just have to be patient while those timers go down.

There is a waiting period to make sure the money clears. They have to do it this way because of bank and credit card fraud.

I didn’t see trading post/gem length of time restrictions after purchase by a f2p account in that site.
