Let me see if i got this right just trying to get clarification. ppl who bought GW2 last month get refunds and ppl who prepurchase get an extra slot.. but just ppl who prepurchase.. so really the only thing that was changed during this whole PR blow up was that refunds were giving to newcomers and prepurchase was given a char slot… yeah i don’t see this going bad….

No, people who bought gw2 in last 6 month get refund and people who have the game before HoT announce get a slot.

New players + people who bought game anytime bettwen january 23 2015 and june 16 2015 = get base game worth 10$ given all the recent sales

Players before january 23 2015 and people who bought from 3rd party retailers get 1 added char slot valued 10$ ( would it have been better with 800 gems yes it would but given time you will earn more gold you can buy gems for by parking that added char at a jp and login once a day)
