Guild Wars 2

I’ve unlocked 3 of the 4 tiers of legendary crafting, and only the first one is available. When I got the second one, I believe I read the mail then deleted it right after, and maybe since I did this in a non-general tyria map, it bugged out? Anybody else run into this issue?

You need to craft the first tier of the legendary precursor as well before you can start the second tier. that’s it
