With the last update, I’ve noticed a dramatic decrease of ectos dropping when salvaging rares. I didn’t see anything in the notes about this. Anyone else notice this too??

Could just be a bad run on RNG.

Just look at the TP prices. Ectos are a high volume item, so any change in drop rate will quickly be reflected in price. As such the prices are steady.

How many salvages did you track? What rate did you see before the last update? What rate are you seeing now? Without that level of detail, it’s impossible to test your hypothesis that the salvage rate changed at all.

After Auric yesterday, I got 2-3 ectos per every rare, thus ending a poorer run up to that point.

You need a sample size of thousands to see if a stealth nerf was added. Currently it’s just an unfortunate drop in rng for you that you are seeing.

They will be nerfing ab multi loot at least so they said so extols should rise.
