Ley-line Stream Energy
In the ley line confluence there is a “place of power” you have to glide through. There’s also an achievement for it, if you happen to have done it, you know where it is. 
If not, it looks like a commune-type hero point, floating up in the ley-lines. You can look at Dulfy’s guide for TD achievements for more info on it, I think.
