As noted in the title, I pre-purchased HoT Ultimate and have been using it since day one. I tried to get the special HoT Glider wings but it says that it’s only available for those who have the DELUXE edition.

As the ULTIMATE edition is one notch up, how can I get those wings?

Did you receive the other Deluxe/Ultimate items in the mail? If not, have you tried clearing out all your mail, as well as picking up any Gold/items from the TP?
