Isnt it too hard to get? As far as i know there are 16 types of machined weapons, to unlock them u need a account bound trophy which is from noxious pods, its pure RNG which item you get, if you get any, it requires to complete 1h+ metaevent in dragon stand to get to just a couple of noxious pods. Seems like impossible way to get item for machined weapon you are aiming for, just pure RNG + grinding dragon stand.

Your drops are dependent on what you need I think (just a guess but I would have to be VERY lucky to get the exact item required on first chest opening after unlocking the collection), also the Mordremoth chest drops them.

Drops dependant on what u need? ekhm weird, you say u get ur item on the first chest after you unlocked collection with this item ? :O

I can’t confirm this since it has only happened to me so far as I know of, but if you loot the Dragon Stand Meta Event chest while having a current Machine weapon unlocked, it will always seem to drop the RNG item you need for the collection. This dropped both times after I looted this chest while I was on two seperate characters, both going for a seperate collection achievememt.

Sounds quite interesting, ill test it today.

Tested and i confirm if u have unlocked collection u will get this trophy item from mouth of mordremoth chest, which is awesome. I thought it is RNG but ArenaNet took care of it and made it right way.
