What is this am hearing that MF will effect chests (not just pvp reward track chests), and there is some major changes to it. . .?

if i did i wouldn’t of asked XD people keep bringing it up in chat. . . so i just wondered.

This is the first i have heard something like that, so likely it is just a player speculation not based on any dev statement.
