Maguuma Wastes and Falls ?
You mean Magus Falls?
We don’t know. We have no idea how many maps are included nor how big they will be or where they will be (except for one, namely Verdant Brink which is located west of Dry Top and the Silverwastess).
Personally I hope that we can visit all Maguuma Jungle / Maguuma Wastes / Tarnished Coast areas from Guild Wars 1. But I doubt it. See also: http://thatshaman.blogspot.nl/2015/01/historical-guide-to-tyria-silverwastes.html

By the way do you think the portal to Verdant Brink will be where the Vinewrath is currently? And that we need to kill it to get to the portal?
Kind of like how we have to do the events to first access Dry Top.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there is no portal. If you just had a normal portal to walk through that bars players without HoT, I can see that being a little immersion-breaking for some players. I eckon it’ll be more like the original access to Southsun Cove, before there was an asura gate and you had to get a boat there. Something story based, like maybe a Pact chopper survived the assault (back at base for repairs when the fleet left?) and HoT will start with characters getting airlifted into the new maps if they talk to a NPC.

I’d guess on the now closed inquest gate in Dry Top (the newest part of it), or maybe the “plant room” without any use atm directly above the inquest cave.
Please tell me that I can once again farm Totem axes man I loved that skin. Really should be brought back along with the mobs that dropped them(Root Behemoths) we all remember.
