I’m looking for a new class to play as I am getting bored of my bland Human Guardian. So I will just steal all of your class idea’s >:). Totally kidding but I am looking for some inspiration. So post up what class/race you want to be maining into HoT!

Likely with my Asura necromancer main, wanna get dat necro greatsword. Probably an Asura Revenant too, because 7/8 of my characters are all Asura.

Charr Reverent and all my characters will be charr hey I love those fuzz butts. Hmm I will also level up another level 80 working on my warrior , nerco , engi , thief and finally ranger.

Norn Reverent

Everyone knows that when you head out to jungle you gotta come prepared. So obviously sylvari is the only right answer:> I plan to drag my sylvari engi in there, but who knows, i may take a ranger as well though my rangers are norn and asura.

I actually have an album of some Asura dual axes back when I considered warrior. Mostly GS, but the final 3 are dual axe pics.

Right now I have a Thief, Mesmer and a Guardian (at 80 with mix of exotic/ascended gear). The last of which I have barely played.

I originally wanted one of each armor class but as it turns out Guardian wasn’t the right choice of a heavy class for me. So it is probably going to the Revenant honestly. I currently consider Thief my main but lately I have honestly been enjoying my Mesmer a lot more. Maybe in part because I have been running the “Waypoint Gauntlet” with her while my Thief has 100% world completion and the Guardian has been collecting dust in the corner with barely any waypoints unlocked by comparison.

The news about specializations might sway me a bit but as things look right now the new shiny will be the way I am going to go.

Gonna make a Norn Revenant and make it my main

Female Slyvari Revenant.

Heart of Maguuma may be level 80+ so I don’t think I’ll plan on the Revenant being my “main” for it. However, Anet did say something about Guild Halls being located there so maybe I’m wrong.

In any case, I prefer to play Warrior and Elementalist in PvE. My Elementalist is a Sylvari so I will likely play him since this story is kind of personal for them.

Male Sylvari Ranger. He is an expert chef, champion hunter and looks kittening cool. Plus he has my 100% world complete on and I am going to 100% the expac with him too.

Charr Warrior and/or Sylvari Thief. Depending on what changes they make to the classes and what specialisations will be available.

I made a second ranger, a sylvari, just last week in anticipation for this xpac, so I’ll be heading into the new content with her first. I will, of course, also be getting a new character slot for the revenant class.

I’m glad to not be the only one completely stoked for the Revanant, I am definitely going to buy a character slot for one, I just wish I had dumped so much gold into a character I thought I would enjoy much more than i do, Guardian for me is too easy and boring, so right now I’m stuck between an Asura, Warrior, Necro, Or Ele. Hmmmm… Decisions.

I will be taking my Human Ranger, Guardian and my Norn Ele, then I have a nice stock pile of tomes waiting for my norn and human Reveants. But since I have a ton of characters, sooner or later they will all make their way to the new stuff.

Depending on if any specializations/the revenant really grabs my attention probably my Human Mesmer, with my Human Ranger and Sylvari Warrior bringing up the rear.

Sticking to my only character, Necro.

I think a Sylvari Revenant. I currently have all 8 classes but I’ve been waiting on a sort of “Dark” version of the Guardian. I’m hoping the Revenant is an aggresive spellcaster.

Male Human Engi (my main) Been with him since the beginning and there is NO way I am gonna make another one and ignore my engi 100% map completion and plan to do all the masteries

My beloved female necro asura. I don’t care if everyone hates necros, I’ve loved her since day one

I’ll probably walk my asuran mesmer in too though…

(I’ll also probably make a reverant necro – then I’ll have every armor class on the amazing little geniuses. But I can’t really know yet whether I’ll like that one…)

Norn warrior and if the jungle is too difficult i might try it with a Norn guardian ;D

Depends on how the revenent turns out. I’m pretty pumped for that class so far. As for race most likely sylvari.

Depends on what I’m in the mood for.

My human mesmer is kind of my de-facto main, although I’m currently playing my human ranger for now.

I also have a sylvari guardian levelled, which I still need to get through the rest of the main storyline and LS2 ready for the expac, a human ele who I really need to practice sucking less with, and a human warrior. I also have five alts to level… >.<

Adorable. They’re like mini ninja’s. My Asura warrior wields double axes for that reason alone.

I will main my Asura Elementalist, who has been my main ever since I started out. c:

I think I am going to play both an Asuran Ele, (praying for pvp buffs) and an asuran warrior, depending on which i’m in the mood to play.

While I would like to bring all of my 8 characters into the expansion (to played the secondary professions) but ultimately I can see myself bring my Char Guardian into the expansion since he is the one I’m using in the living story so far (well mainly him since I used my Asura Mesmer as an alternative when it come to the jumping puzzles).

I don’t have alot of free time as I used when I first bought the game.

In saying so I probably will bring my Revenant into the expansion. He or she need some love!

My main is a norn ranger and I enjoy everything with her very well, so…

Human Warrior. Human, because I know that all of the armor in the game (well, except Cultural Armor) was designed for me. Warrior, because… Warrior.

I’ll start an Asura Revenant first, and level her up the old fashioned way. If that turns sour, my Sylvari Mesmer will step in.

I am going in with my human elementalist. It was the first one that i maxed out, so I can’t wait to see how i can progress my character more with mastery points. I also am very excited to the specializations, I like the idea of making characters of the same profession more unique of each other.
