Apperantly it was tradeable but got patched. This lead to a big gap from players who invested in it for their legendaries compared to those who didn’t saw their chance.

Letting some just put gold instead of crazy amount of time to farm all the (Especially ley line sparks) ingredients.

Alternative if that can’t go through, atleast buff the Crystallized Supply Caches as you did with noxius pod. The crystaline ores were never a problem because you got the machetes for free and it was 100%? droprate. The crystallized Supply Caches got way lower drop rate for the sparks and you need to buy the Acids for opening them.
Which leads to another problem, getting ley line crystals when the meta event is every 2 hours.

It is way easier to farm the ingredients for Fulgurite than it is to farm the EXP needed to have full Maguuma Masteries.

im glad i bought 500 fulgurite for about 110s each.

And as one who cares not for legendary items, I happily crafted 3 years worth of obsidian shards into Fulgurite and sold them all.
