Pretty much the title. What are your thoughts on a system that would allow players to exchange map currencies for ascended gear boxes (or gear boxes with a chance to drop ascended gear). I just feel like it would give a large portion of the player base who spends most of it’s time in open world pve an alternative and more guaranteed way of acquisition. I’m not suggesting anything unreasonably easy, but for example something like a 1-2 thousand of the 3 new currencies from Verdant Brinks, Auric Basin, and Tangled Depths per box.
Just a thought.
