Guild Wars 2

Recently I upgraded to HoT version and I have a problem with a map.
1. I can’t see Hero Points on the map (but can do the challenge if I see one).
2. When I open the map – the World Completion tab and Local completion tab does not appear.
I tried to re-install the game, tried to reset the options – nothing works.
My friend also upgraded to HoT, and everything is ok with his game.
So I guess it’s just me.
Can anyone help me with that?

What’s the highest level character on your account?

To expand on my question, hero points unlock on your account once you’ve reached a certain level. The wiki says 11 but I have seen others claim anywhere upwards to 15.

9 level……..

Click the little eye icon on the lower left-hand corner when you open up the world map and see if Hero Challenges are check-marked to appear on your map. Just a hunch.

Just gain some more levels, the rest of the icons/features will unlock as you get to a higher level.

But the problem is that I don’t see a progress of map exploration anywhere (not on the map, not on the loading screen) and World Completion.
You can see on the screen shot what I’m talking about. There is no tabs in the left corner of the map.

Have you tried to click on that tiny eye on the lower left corner?
Also, some things will become visible once you are high enough level only.

Yes, everything is marked with V there. This is not the problem. What I can’t see is 2 tabs that must be in a left corner of the screen – one that summarize the world completion, and one that summarize local (for example divinity’s reach) completion. This is the tabs where you see waypoint 0/13 vista 0/6 PoI 0/21 (for example) and there is a line with % and a chest in the end… this is what i can’t see.

Map Completion is a level 14 info. That is when it all appears.
