Hmmm, I was able to buy one from the Master Weaponsmith… Check the third tab “Inscrtiption” and scroll down at the bottom… not sure if this is what you’re looking for.

Which vendor sells the recipe for the new marauder stats? I’ve located every vendor except this one.
