Are these retroactive for characters that already have 100% map completion? What about the experience earned from the 100% map completions?

While at it, what about the story completions and achievements previously earned?

Mastery points will be retroactive if you’ve already completed what needed to be accomplished to earn them whether that be world completion, dungeon master, personal story, LS Season 2 episodes, and so on.

I must have missed something somewhere…

What is changing when it comes to Map Completion?

I know about Masteries, but are they taking away the 50/50 chance for the Black Lion Key/Transmutation Charge?
