Really just doing events in the new maps (Ember Bay and Bloodstone Fen) are good xp grinds at the moment since that is where the majority of the players are. If you’re talking about Tyria masteries….well typically just hop onto a worldboss train or do the story missions on characters you haven’t done yet.

Dragon’s Stand with boosters is the best way as you can get upwards to 2M XP per run.

For Tyria masteries, farming a specific area in CoF is fast except it’s going to be very difficult to get a group for it nowadays.

Try adding food that gives plus 15% XP on kill such as spicy pumpkin cookies and the fireworks that give plus 10% XP to everything you do that gives XP (this is a big one. You’ll rack up extra XP for harvesting, killing, exploring, doing events, crafting, reviving, etc)

core masteries – do a few easy dungeons? It’s not hard to find pugs for them these days.
Map complete gives a lot of exp too.

Bloodstone fen and ember bay will pour exp at you, just don’t focus on the masteries – focus on doing events/hearts and you’ll have a lot before you know it.
