Guild Wars 2

Ok…so i was leveling masteries this weekend and got some doubts. Can anyone help me:
I think i know the answer to the 1st one but lets see:
1-are the mastery points account based or character based?
I got 8 so far on my warrior and i got 3 other 80 chars.. i didnt log them but do i have to level them 1 by 1? That might take some years if you have 6 chars.
2- is it possible to max all the masteries or it is a choose wisely situation For example… i didnt know what i was doing and i lvled gliding up to lvl3 before leveling anything else. Does that mean i wont have enough pts to max out another mastery tree and i should freak out right now or i can relax and i will be able to max all the lines?
3- i noticed some mastery points are obtainable on those adventures such as the floor is lava and the bug capture.. but i gotta say.. i SUCK at those.. i already used to suck for 3 years on jumping puzzles and i was ok with that.. but now if i dont get gold score i will miss mastery points. So my question is: can i get these points somewhere else? Without needing to achieve gold score on those?? Or i will always miss those points if i dont get them??
4- the precursor crafted from the legendary crafting mastery is account bound?? Soulbound?? Not bound at all??

Masteries are account bound = do them once and then you do not have to do them again.

Hero Points are char bound = you have to do them again and again for every char you have. This is how is done also in Tyria anyway.

All masteries should be unlockable, I’m not sure about how significant the adventures are though; whether or not you need to do them.

Legendaries made through the Legendary Mastery are account bound.
