Like the two most deadly toons in WvW really needed a boost.

Giving Guardians, which have taken hit after hit after hit, a new set of possibly worthy skills to bring people back to Guardians, was smart.

Giving those same kinds of upgrades to those who are already the hardest to counter and have skills galore to call from? Not smart at all.

Why have the rest of the toons been left out of these massive changes in elites?

Why are Necromancers and Mesmers, the ones that receive yet another wrecking-ball skill or set of them?

Really?

With the condi meta not being able to be cleared by many toons, you’d think that the real changes that need to be made would be obvious by now.

Finally thieves don’t always kill but mesmers, and some necromancers and warriors are so deadly three hits and you are dead.

So now warriors, mesmers and necros take the place of the once venerable and unbeatable thief? That’s certainly not balance.

I could write half an essay about the trade offs you’ll do by taking specialisations but I guess a simple “L2P” will do. Neither of the classes you mention are unbeatable, an mesmers in particular are pretty vulnerable – especially to conditions.

My suggestion is to learn your opponent and research how to counter. It’s not impossible in any kind of way
