Guild Wars 2

So the mistward armor is soulbound on acquire, but for some reason the headpiece is account bound on acquire,

Is there any plans to change this, or is just the way its going to be? Where I did get it on a heavy class, its not the char I want it on, what about the players who are playing HoT on Light/Medium classes, its completely useless to them if they happen to unlock it on that char,

I tried to search the forums for this topic, but the search feature doesn’t work properly/didn’t find anything, incase this has been covered.

The entire set is supposed to be account-bound on acquire, known bug.
