So I finally make achievement for Mistward Armor and I recive item on my necro and there is the problem item was instant soulbound to my necro even if there is no physical way I cound use this item on him. To be honest I misclicked when I recive item and now I am stuck with it. I have no idea why this item is soulbound on acquire but not account bound this can lead to this disappointing situations when in exchange for hard work on this item you have basically salvage item. I will be glad if that will be changed in future so no other people cath up like me………….

ya it’s completely stupid to give Collections rewards that are soul bound seeing how to achievement is account bound. i would just hold on to them as Anet will most likely change this. It can only be an oversight as they would not purposely do something like this.

The same thing happened to me on my Engineer. I submitted a ticket, and they told me to delete the item, tell them the day/time of deletion, and they’d send it in the mail so I could put it on my revenant. Make a ticket and the same should happen for you.

Salvage it. The skin is what you wanted right? Just use transmutation on your heavy classes

Or….OR they wanted the exotic armor for their new revenant but earned it on another character.

Yeah, please change it to account bound.

Exact same thing happened to me. =( Soul bound on use makes more sense
