I am going for the last piece of the Mistward Headwrap Collection, which is the Mistward Helm Casing. I have read the wiki and it says that I have to complete the Chark Gerent. I have successfully completed this event several times and yet I have not received the piece I need. Is this item RNG or am I doing something wrong? Please I am seeking any advised or help that is given Thanks.

You also have to get a drop from Saurian Mobs and purchase an item from Dragon Stand, if you havent already

The piece is in the large chest in the middle that spawns after all 4 lanes successfully kill their Gerent. It’s not from just completing the event. You have to actually loot it from the chest. It’s not RNG.

I have done the event several times from the beginning and I have yet to see the chest. There must be a bug or something wrong with my account.

It doesn’t look like a “chest.” It’s a large statue of the Gerent you walk up to and open.

And, to be completely clear: The chest itself doesn’t spawn at any of the Gerent corpses, it’s actually just a few steps south of the Ley-Line Confluence Waypoint – between the WP and the big hole that gets blown in the wall.
