Guild Wars 2

So I just bought my mini monkey king today and I started wondering, will this monkey race possibly be one of these new races that we will encounter in the jungle? Or have I missed something, cause I can’t ever remember monkeys being in the game like that before and always thought it was a strange mini.

I think the Monkey King was just added as part of the last Chinese New Year, because the Monkey King is a figure in some piece of Chinese folklore.

Yeah, see I cant rememver when it was added in as a mini so I thought there might’ve been some other reason for it being in but I wasnt sure. I would still love to see a monkey race though, and it would fit perfectly into the jungle.

The only reason monkey king exists in this game is china release.
I can’t find any explanation in game lore to this creature to exist in gw2 so it must be only china fan service.
