More Transmutation shards in beta?
Your beta character copies your normal account at its creation. So if you delete your beta character and recreate it, it should have as many transmutation shards as your normal account. At least it worked this way in previous betas. You can probably test this in one of your other beta slots.

i did make another beta character and that one had no shards. So you mean if i delite the first one, there’ll be shards again?

That didn’t work, now i have no shards and no transmutated armor for any beta character
The beta account seems to be a single copy done somewhat before the BWE started. You cannot do anything about it for now.
If you have completed any cities which should appear on your beta characters, go to those cities in beta and you get a transmutation charge for each city.
