Hello! I like the Elite Spec that come with the expansion, but I hope in the future that they add new Elite spec, for all classes. I hope they can add / DPS/Defend example for Elementalist, so I can choose between what I want to play.

Right now it’s focus on Support, but I like it, but would be great to have 1-2 more Elite spec. Can this be done in the future? Or is it nothing gonna happend.

As far as I know they are working on the second generation elite specs they hinted that one spec might get tomes as a weapon or mechanic.

That really sounds interesting, indeed. Do you have a source?

I don’t, but I do recall the topic.

It was from when they did away with the tome skills on the Guardian. They did it to make things work better for the new way of buying skills, but they also said that they did like the idea. They then said that they might revisit it in a future elite spec for the Guardian.

Personally, I think it would work well for Elementalists, too.

Capping elites was the best. Such a thrill. And it would take ages to acquire every elite skill in the game… but it was completely worth it. No regrets.

And for anyone not familiar with GW1, and are curious…

Agreed. There would be a bit more build diversity if we had to kill to get elite skills.

I hope they are. To be fair they don’t need to give us weapom with each one but having more variety is always a good thing. Also 364 HP’s leftover

The way the Especs are set up the same weapon can be offerered several times (hopefuly with different skills). You could have 9 Elementalist Especs that all give main hand sword and nothing breaks.
