A Mount Design seems to have been confirmed by insiders on this forum. I’ll try to find more information on the web but the source looks very reputable.

We’ve already had cosmetic mounts added to the game. What do you think the broomstick is?

The whole specializations thing is just a cover-up. Really, the Chronomancer is just the code name for this mount.
