Does anyone know if unlocking multiple guild halls removes the upgrades you have on the current guild hall you’re using? For instance, If I had Gilded Hollow upgraded a little, then unlocked and switched to Lost Precipice, would the upgrades transfer over?

Yes. The Devs answered this question either on Guild Chat or on the forums or both. Might be in the News Blog, as well.

Yes, the upgrades carry over. You “just” need to shell out 100g and do the capture mission again every time you want to switch.
