I have now tried all of the different specializations. I do have favorites, and there is one that I don’t really care for, but that is all just my opinion so I am not going to go into detail about them.

Most people are forgetting one very important thing. We are basically being handed a level 80 geared character and dropped into an endgame area, and turned loose. We haven’t learned how to play that profession the normal way, by leveling it, so we are at a disadvantage.

I will say that I did enjoy this latest Beta up until a certain point. I spent my 2 mastery points on Gliding and Mushrooms and everything was going really well. Then I learned my third Mastery and that’s when things went downhill.

I did not have a third Mastery point to spend, for some reason we were unable to get more than 2. Because of this I could not “buy” that third Mastery. Because of that this extremely annoying window kept popping up on my screen telling me that my third Mastery was complete and I needed to finish it by spending a Mastery point on it.

I tried to ignore it, I really did, but after spending at least 10 minutes having to click it to get rid of it I finally got so annoyed that I logged out and didn’t go back. Needless to say my Beta experience ended a lot sooner than it should have.

Had I been able to buy that third Mastery I would have had the ability to use updrafts. Before I realized that I wouldn’t be able to I was actually looking forward to experimenting with an updraft that I had found. That was just one more disappointment.

I am still wondering why we were only allowed 2 Mastery points to spend. What could have possibly been the logic behind this?
