My HoT is.. gone..
Unless you’re using multiple accounts and confused which one got upgraded or which one you’re logging into…no clue. Hope you can catch the attention of the Arena Net people…though if I were you, I wouldn’t be looking for help on this forum. If you haven’t already, I’d try getting help through the support section at help.guildwars2.com
I only have 1 account and I just submitted a ticket… Though I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this…
A friend of mine who played through last beta had issues with his account showing he was missing HoT on launch yesterday. Take it to support, we really can’t help you here, just offer any evidence you have of your purchase like evidence of receipt, name of retailer (if applicable) so they can sort out the key you got, screenshots that you had access to HoT and now you don’t, the likes.
Do you still keep the Order Confirmation which they sent to your mail ?. Show them that mail and i thik it will help.
