So, her account was selected to join the beta, she saw a beta slot in her Character Selection Screen, but today it’s gone… Why? Is there any reasons?

We thought her account (2.5 yrs old) would be allowed to join the beta everytime Anet put it on live to test.

Can someone help us?

Hello Raiaknl.6348, right now the access to the closed beta is through portals dropped on Silverwaste and Dry Top.

From other posts it looks like the beta characters for the Stress Test Beta have been removed. I had one of those characters and it got removed today. I assume it is to make way for the closed Beta for those who have found the portals.

I appreciate the replies.

She needs to file a ticket with customer support, only they can help her with this problem, and it has to be her, not you. As Emtiarbi.3281 said this upcoming Closed Beta access is only granted by getting a portal from from SW or DT, based on the wording of your post I presume she got one. Even those selected for the original STRESS test should have kept the beta character slot and character if already created, that does not guarantee automatic access to the any future Beta’s though.
However, if as Aerinndis.2730 noted they removed the Stress test slot and character, then a change was made from the original introduction of the Beta character slots(yes, they were originally going to remain, but would only have allowed access to subsuquent Beta’s if you’re particular account was flagged for them).

Anet said that players with access to previous closed betas were not automatically renewed to access the next/future closed betas. So, basically beta access is given, then revoked after the beta you participated in, as long as Anet follow this route.
