This is basically a plea to the devs to take in to consideration players with lag when testing out the new navigation systems in HoT.
As a player in a non NA or EU region where I don’t get great ping, some aspects of the game have been incredibly frustrating, like the bouncy mushrooms in SAB, or anything to do with the aspect crystals. The dead reckoning between server and client sometimes snaps me back into positions I wasn’t expecting, or forces me into trajectories that I can’t recover from… and basically, with all the hype about mushroom traversal and gliding, I’m worried that the game is going to be more frustrating than fun to play.
Please, please think of players like me, and do testing and debugging accordingly, so that we can all have a fun time with the expansion, regardless of location and ping!
