Personally I did this as it turned into night. Like I saw Raven fly down and land. But it does seem you are at the right spot of that event is poping.
Someone else having problems with ‘Chase the Spirit in the Settlement’ in AScalon Settlement in Gendarran Fields??
I’m in the right place and it is night but the Raven still do not spawn. Other events going on in the night i spawning such as ‘Captain Graywind’ https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Captain_Greywind
but not the raven. I have been standing and waiting trough the whole night and nothing.
My guildie did the event just a couple of weeks ago and then it worked as it should… Is this a known bug?
