I think new Borderlands will by based on race vs race vs race. Asura vs human(humanoids) vs Charr.

No, because in the trailer you can clearly see charr characters running together with human characters on the same side.

Also it wouldn’t make sense considering then you’d just have one side with massively more people on it than the other.

I would assume the OP talks about the different areas of the map.

One being Asura-centric, one being Charr-centric and so on.

@lordkrall Exactly, I think they will do similar like EotM looks now 3sides: ogres/charrs | grawl/troll | koda. It will be nice to see main races against. It is more probably due to one of topics what race would won if war. If I remember that topic on forum had pretty much views/responses.

Most WvWers seem skeptical at the moment. There’s a suspicion that this will be EotM2 (the implication being that this would be a bad thing).

I predict lots of performance issues. If u thought performance was questionable now in zerg fights..wait till u get that vertical and graphically enhanced new map that has a lot going on besides player interractions.

I predict it will be freaking awesome.
I understand the EotM hate (but basically it’s because is just a karma train).
The good about EotM is the map design but besides some good mechanics here and there it didn’t add anything new to the battles.

Now this new borderland with same geography but with those interesting mechanics (REAL choke points, traps, team split and coordination) I believe the real fun in WvW is about to start.
