New Build/Trait system release date?
Nope, but the way they are dragging their feet on everything else I predict sometime in December. The Xpac should arrive by summer 2016.
Edit: the good news is that if you are into skins you will have another 40000 to choose from in the gem store by then.

That’s a little optimistic. I’m calling it early July, though. Assuming an early to mid August Release (to coincide with the launch anniversary) and 4 beta weekends, I’m putting it at early-to-mid July.
It’ll probably be about a month or so before release regardless.
