I know it won’t get changed and it’s not a big issue but in my opinion precursor Save The Queen and actual legendary The Shining Blade should in fact have names swapped with each other.
Shining Blade should be the precursor because it has lore and all, but then Save The Queen sounds more like an upgrade into a legendary weapon, it goes beyond the faction.

Just my 3 cents. Good design job though.

The Shiny Blade is an Actual Lore weapon of In game Legend, which makes sense for it to be a the Legendary vs the Generic Save the Queen, which is more appropriate for a precursor.

I would argue “THE Shining Blade” is the proper name for a legendary weapon, given its one of the few instances of actually BEING a weapon directly from GW1 lore.

Like how its long to late to argue the point… but the Fiery Dragon sword would had made an incredible legendary sword with a full set of VFX. Caladbalg Restored could had also been a great opportunity for legendary GS… but apparently people hated collections, so it got knocked down to a Current Events quest line.

It’s not that people hated collections, ANet just realized that making these collections was more work than actually making the legendary. Instead of cancelling them, they decided to ship the remaining legendaries without major collections.
