I was wondering how these stats will be implemented into current equipment.
My necro uses the +30% condi duration to get a total of +85(effectively 100)% condi duration with my gear(to make 1s fear run for 2 seconds), but without the trait’s contribution I lose about ~20% of my DPS.

Maybe they will incorporate these into the minor traits of the lines that gave them previously. Since they really don’t exist on equipment aside from one type, I could see this being a potential solution. They talk about the Elementalist attunement CD reduction in the same way, where it’s now naturally shorter and, if you spec into arcane, it gets reduced down to the minimum CD value.
