So we have seen three new specializations so far and each one seems to be having a unique piece of armor and a weapon, like for example reaper gets the hood and greatsword, chronomancer gets shoulders and shield and guardian gets longbow and gauntlets and I can imagine engineer getting hammer and that awesome helmet . Are these skins going to be profession-bound or once you unlock them (my assumption) you will store them to your wardrobe?

Very likely to go to the wardrobe like any other skin and be locked just by armor type, like the Reaper hood will be used only with light armor classes.

I kind of hoped it wasn’t like this cause as soon as hot arrives (if this is the way you obtain them) we will propably see all warriors, guardians and mesmers roaming with that greatsword skin.

That GS seems ok.
Also, only guardians, mesmers, warriors and rangers that also have a lvl 80 necro and become a reaper and do the reaper reward track to get the skin.
I’m sure it will reduce the number of that skin by a bit.

I for one, won’t be. The greatsword is nice, but to me it’s a bit plastic-looking. Either way, you shouldn’t really worry about what others are wearing, what matters is what YOU want to wear.

Forever a supporter of more male skimpy armor
