What gives? I have no e-mail (in any folder) concerning how I can access the Closed Beta tonight. I have the Heart of Maguuma key that drops.

Any thoughts? Has this happened in the other closed beta? Or was the key just a hoax and they really only had X amount of slots to fill, f-it to all the others.

If you got a portal you should have a beta slot in your character select. press on it and make sure you choose beta, normal create doesn’t work for the beta

Not the only one that is without beta slot or access. I got a portal and newsletter subscription but no betaslot.

Follow through with Franklin’s advice, scroll down your character list. If not, check bottom right for a Create [BETA] option, should be right beside Create.

If nothing else works, I can understand where you are coming from. Perhaps flag a ticket down for some help?
