So I haven’t seen a teaser image yet today. Does that mean that we’re going another week without a new elite specialization? Or does that mean that the next elite spec is already confirmed so a teaser image would be pointless? Does A-Net just not have one that’s complete enough to release this week? I just wanna know Dx should I be looking forwards to anything or naw?

It’s memorial day. I think we can all safely assume that most (if not all) of the staff had the day off.

Personally, I’d expect that this week will be another off week for specializations, as I expect the focus is going to be on the beta.

Tomorrow is the beta. They’ll likely be skipping reveals this week and simply recap the beta. If anything is going to be revealed though, they’ll probably let the players find it in the beta.

I believe they took the week off to come up with new names. After the negative backlash to the Dragonhunter name, Dragonstabber, Dragonpuncher, and Dragonmechanic had to be changed.

they probably will resume in June, for 3, then take a break then last 3 in july then they should probably be close to release hyping stuff. i would expect a late august early september release, but i think they are willing to push it back as far as x mas, if things arent ready.

In an interview with ten top hammer anet said they were just doing 3 elite spec previews and then take a break. Anet has not released any info about when they will show them again. Hopefully they will announce when they will start again at the end of one of their PoIs. I really want to see all the elite specs so I’m hoping next week but I doubt that.

I wouldn’t expect more specs until after E3, which is in 3 weeks with Anet confirmed to be there; which from what I hear, they usually aren’t. They are all very busy and hopefully saving big guns for the show.
