I repeated Hearts and Minds, hoping to add to my collection of Ley Stone Armor. I got through it this time with some alacrity though it was still a couple of hours.

There was NO REWARD AT ALL. Really ANET? Nothing? This means of course that I use my tomes to farm it… but that’s really not right.

Did you do it on the same character or a different one? None. Of the story mission rewards are given again to characters who have already done the.

Well, it’s not a dungeon but a story instance. And so far, story instances never had repeatable rewards – that’s just it! But HoT story is not so long (and is veeeeery enjoyable imho), so it wouldn’t be so hard to repeat again with other characters!

(Not complaining if Ley Stone Armor becomes farmable this way but really? It’s too cheap and devalues DS too much)

Idk, it took me two weeks to do that mission becuase of bugs.

If this is true then I’m going to be seriously disappointed since I ultimately chose the wrong piece when I played it. I picked the light armor gloves, but then I realized I’d like to use that set piece on my reventant, so I would have to grab heavy armor the next time I finished it.

I would also like to know about this, can anyone confirm that you get a leystone armor piece each time you complete the story on a different character ?

Yes, you can. I’ve got a full light set of Leystone armor from completing HoT on different characters, and working on the heavy set now.
