Guild Wars 2

Saved build templates, I know its been asked a million times before, ever since the game first came out. Running Spirit Vale last night which in itself was very frustrating to run, since people are constantly leaving and the LFG tool does not seem to function with Raid groups or squads. The issue is when you finally get a stable group that is willing to stay through the failures, we waste so much time constantly flipping our builds around to try new tactics. The introduction of Specializations has exacerbated this issue. Early GW2 there was only 1-2 builds that were viable for any class and now we are seeing classes having many more viable builds upwards of 5-8 and I really hate to waste 5-10 mins everytime we switch up builds for different encounters and game modes.

I know this is something that will come eventually and has been on the radar for arenanet for a while, but we need this feature sooner rather than later.

Obviously should have came with the system. Not sure why obvious things like this take an eternity to get.

Also, for someone like me who has lvl 80 of every class this constant build switching wastes alot of time looking at menus instead of playing the content.

Agree, I am actually baffled that this still isn’t in game after all these years.

There has been a million threads made on this topic…and I hope they keep coming until Anet finally desides to implement this idea. For this game specifically, I have a hard time remembering my builds. It’s just something about the weird little icon mechanics that throws me off. Give me a build saver!
