I would like to be prepared for HoT, but the only info we have is data mining.

I think it really would be useful for both returning players & veterans if we knew how many hero points, even an official response as to an approximate number, so that we could use our time to appropriately prepare e.i. either by getting hero points or doing other things. Who knows, it might even motivate people to play more before HoT comes out?

There’s one tip: Next weekend, when BE3 runs, open your spec window and see how many points you will need to fully unlock the new elites. No need of any data mining.

Right this is something I really had hoped they discuss.

Is a prequest needed? How many hero points to unlock? How many hero points per skill?

For all we know as you progress story instead of a race story there will be parts of a class story related to unlocking it. We really need some info on this with release under a month away now.

Doesn’t work, elite specs are auto-unlocked during the betas.
