So finishing up the acheevos for HoT act 1 and i just got finished doing torn from the sky and got the Conservation of Resources and Sylvari Solidarity completed but only got it counted toward 1 of the 10 Act 1 mastery completion. I had 12 before I started and when finished only had 13. Whats the deal? Neither the Sylvari Solidarity or the Conservation of Resources were completed before this.

Sylvari Solidarity isn’t one of the achievements that counts towards the meta- achievement.
You can see which ones could for each meta by clicking on it. There’s often at least 1 per category that doesn’t count. Usually either because it’s too easy (like one for entering the zone that’s used to unlock all the others) or because it’s too specialist and not something they want to prompt everyone to do, which is presumably why this one isn’t included.
