It shows someone riding a dragon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a mount!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don’t tease, don’t have mounts in game that only npc’s can use!!!!!!!

PS’ Thanks for the presales, I brought the ultimate edition, paid $100 in support of all the work Arenanet do and continue to do and I completely disagree with the price complaints!

Seriously doubt there will be dragon mounts.

yeah maybe but point is if an npc can have a mount its a good sign for the future as im a major mount supporter.

Gliding > Mounts

An NPC riding a mount doesn’t mean players will ever get them. You can hope, I guess, but I’m fairly sure they already said no mounts ever.

Maybe it’ll be a more fun way to travel instead of waypointing.

yeah no mounts. in the blog about frog people i think it mentioned that some of them are mounted, but it isn’t really mounted

Being able to ride it from point A to point B might be the closest we get. If its even that. I haven’t even seen the video yet so really have no idea.

I think thats a Mordrem. While it is riding something. Who knows though.

Jaxom is right, they aren’t separate units, it’s one mob that just looks like rider + mount (and I think when it dies they “split” but that is just a death animation). Being able to combine various riders and mounts is a whole different ball of wax.
