What masteries did you need to get to the guild hall?

I have to say I find it kittened you need a Mastery to gain entrace to one of them, after paying 100g. This was never mentioned on the stream nor blogs. I had to search 2 hours for the entrance after paying 100g and then being denied entrance cuz “Oh right, forgot to mention u need to farm another hour mindlessly before you can gain access. Oh and the rest of your guild aswel. But thanks for the 100g and your 3 hours of wasted time!”

Does one person need the mastery to open the gate of Hall or does everyone who wants to take part in it need it?
