Just posting this because I’m seeing so many people who are upset about mastery progression are complaining about grinding on subsequent characters.

You don’t have to, the progress is shared on all your characters. It seems a lot of people don’t realize that or understand it.

That means you don’t have to grind masteries to access hero points or story missions on subsequent characters. That work is already done.

I had thought this was more common knowledge than it is, so I saw a necessity to make a new topic.

They are moaning about the Elite specializations needing to be worked toward and not unlocked when they log in.

They are also complaining about the lack of population in the maps – when they release the short Halloween content on the same day. Mad King here for a little bit – HoT here every day, all day. Once the Halloween event is gone, HoT map population will fill up faster.

This thread is only meant to address that specific misconception as an effort to help people enjoy the game.

Even though I don’t agree with the majority of the people who are complaining, some of them are suffering under a misconception that is affecting their enjoyment of the game, when there is no need to. So I want this thread to stay constructive, and not another rainforest-style feces throwing contest.
