My country is not on the list of retailers nor on the list for paysafecard. I do not wish to purchase HOT by any other means, but those two.

My question is, will you continue adding retailers, and countries for paysafecard.
Specifically any plans of adding Croatia to paysafecard list?

I have pre-purchased gw2 through a retailer, bought gems through paysafecard, so im puzzled why none of those options are available to me when I wish to purchase HOT.

You could buy a pre-paid VISA credit card and then use that. You’ll have a one-time setup fee but there shouldn’t be any charges after that. I’m not sure of its availability since Croatia is very cash-based.

Just because stores are not on the list does not mean they don’t/won’t sell HoT. Ask your local stores that sell games.

The list is merchants where you can PRE-purchase HoT. Once it’s live, you may be able to buy it at more places.

Yes, you will miss out on the pre-purchase bonuses, but with luck any place that sells GW2 will sell the new version with HoT once it’s live or shortly after. There’s little reason why they wouldn’t, actually. Just make sure you get the new version, not the old.

My country is in capital controls, but gw2 – wow – ffxiv are supported for a reason. Retailers are filled up their stock with these games and their features (gemcards, timecards, etc). So I bought my copy of prepurchase edition from a local retailer.

The mmo I played before capital controls implemented, is not supported from my country retailers and many people from my country abandoned it, after they forced capital controls. Such as I did as well and moved in gw2.
