Why can we make beta characters and level them up already?
they can even put stuff and take stuff from the bank…

they start at max level you dont need to level them up

You have a beta slot you can use? I didn’t notice any new beta slots, yet. Just my previous one, and it’s got a Revenant in it.

My bad..my Revenant has been removed, and it looks like one can create a character. Probably a bug, and will be fixed soon. It’s happened before.

I see the Revenant is not available, so these are not ‘beta’ characters. Just a free slot that can be used until it is wiped.
