Possible to upgrade HoT Standard to Ultimate?

I currently have HoT Standard. Is it possible to upgrade from Standard to Ultimate to get all the additional things it comes with? (ex. by paying the difference in price, in this case $50)

If a player bought the Standard version of the expansion, they can choose to upgrade to the Deluxe version via the Black Lion Trading Company for Gems 2,400. You cannot upgrade to Ultimate from either Standard or Deluxe
